After Osborn reveals that he knows that Peter is Spider-Man, he knows him that he will keep his secure secret. This still haunts Peter, even when he returns home. Nico offers to take Peter to the movies, but he tells her that he is having dinner with Osborn. In an empty restaurant, Peter tries to tell Osborn that he is not Spider-Man, but he sees through his lie. He reveals that, after the rescue of his son, he began to gather the possibly candidates to whom Spider-Man was, finally arriving in Amadeus, Jeanne, Asha and Peter. He offers his services to help him, but politely rejects him. Osborn leaves the door only by precaution and a check.
