We build complete packaging lines for synthetic rubber bales in blocks. The lines start at the exit of the baler and end with a palletizer that puts the bales in metal boxes. We also build bale wrappers, which are machines that wrap the bales with a film to prevent them from sticking to the adjacent bale during transport. Our lines usually include metal detectors and weight meters. The data is collected and transmitted to the control room that can have a global view of the line and control it remotely.

We have developed two different palletizing technologies. The first one moves the entire layer after having pressed it on a special forming table. The gripping head picks up six bales at the same time through a system of pneumatically operated pins.
